DIEM specialists held a school “Birds day” in framework of Year of ecology
On March 13th in School 1020 a charity event “Birds day” took place in framework of Year of ecology, announced by OAO “Gazprom” on December 12th, 2012.
The event was organized foe 5th form scholars.
The goal of the event was children’ acquaintance with the world of nature, broadening of outlook and development of green thinking.
By means of game approach scholars got to know a lot about birds’ diversity, their habitats, and the Red Book species.
Kids were tought to identify birds, solve environmental cases.
