Public consultations on the materials of the “Program of topographical, geotechnical, engineering environmental, hydrometeorological survey of hydraulic mine #1 of Kruzenshtern sector”, including EIA have been held on the 10th of May 2014 in Yar-Sale, Tyumen region.
The Client is OAO “Gazprom geologorazvedka” and OOO “Krasnoyarskgazprom neftegazproekt”, the investigations program developer - ZAO “Kompania MTA”, EIA materials developer - ZAO “SPF “DIEM”.
The surveys are aimed to obtain full baseline data for design works at hydraulic mine of Kruzenshtern sector performance.
Public hearings have been held in cooperation with Yamal region local administration, NGO of indigenous minority of the North “Yamal”, and specialists from OAO “Gazprom geologorazvedka”, OOO “Krasnoyarskgazprom neftegazproekt”, ZAO “SPF “DIEM”.
Participants of the public hearings - citizens, representatives of local administrations - had an opportunity to share their opinions and suggestions on proposed activities.
As a result of the hearings minutes of meeting have been drawn up and signed by representatives of the Clients, the materials development contractors and representatives of local administration and NGO “Yamal”. The protocol includes all comments and suggestions, discussed during the hearings.
