Public consultations on the materials of the “Investment feasibility study of regasification terminal construction in Kaliningrad region” including EIA, have been held on the 27th of May 2014 in Zelenogradsk, Kaliningrad region.
The Client is OAO “Gazprom”, the Chief design contractor – OAO “Giprospetsgaz”.
The construction of the terminal for liquefied natural gas intake, storage and regasification in Kalinigrad region aims to provide sustainable gas supply for the consumers of the region.
Public hearings have been held in cooperation with Zelenogradsk local administration and specialists from OAO “Gazprom”, OAO “Goiprospetsgaz”, ZAO “SPF “DIEM”.
Participants of the public hearings - citizens, representatives of local administrations - had an opportunity to share their opinions and suggestions on proposed activities.
As a result of the hearings minutes of meeting have been drawn up and signed by representatives of the Client, the Chief design contractor, the materials development contractor and representatives of local administration. The protocol includes all comments and suggestions, discussed during the hearings.
Public hearings participants decided to approve the materials of “Investment feasibility study of regasification terminal construction in Kaliningrad region” project, including EIA.
