Trans-continental South Stream Gas Pipeline
DIEM works on improvement of the pipeline environmental safety in the Republic of Serbia.
Within the framework of the project ZAO SPF DIEM held on December 3-5, 2012 a workshop.
A large group of specialists from ZAO SPF DIEM, JP Srbijagas, Ministry of Energy, Development and Environment protection of Serbia, J. Cerny Institute for the development of water resources (Belgrade) discussed issues related to the environmental surveys along the pipeline route in Serbia, environmental impact assessment, designing of environmental monitoring system.
Participants revised the work plan and the scope of work in line with environmental standards and requirements of the international finance institutions and agreed to extend the co-operation.
