The environmental reporting software aims to reduce the time input when preparing a set of environmental documentation by the means of automation of information collection, baseline data processing and filling-out the reports.
The system includes a number of modules: air protection, water use, waste management.
Software modules are developed to solve the following tasks:
- collecting data of industrial environmental monitoring (IEM) results on the basis of unified reporting documents or through computerized measuring instruments;
- computerized primary accounts and records processing,
- computerized calculation of negative impacts on the environment on the basis of baseline data and IEM results;
- computerized forming of state statistical reports,
- forming and renewing the base of norms and regulations for automatic calculations.
The key features of the software include:
- realization of systems network architecture (on the basis of web-technologies). For the work on PC the standard Internet browser is needed (with no additional software installation);
- smart phones and tablets friendly configuration;
- flexible user interface toolkit for satisfying special client’s needs,
- access control system for data review, input and correction for the purpose of human factor reduction.
Use of PC enables on-the-spot reports generation and improves the information support of managers and specialists, involved in the process of environmental reporting.
