Independent Design Review 

Independent review of project documentation is held in compliance with Government Decree №1070 from 29.12.2008 “Concerning non-state review of project documentation and engineering survey results”.

During the procedure of Independent Design Review ZAO “NPF “DIEM” performs:

• assessment of environmental project sections in compliance with approved scope of works and legal requirements (environmental safety regulations, standards, instructions),
• assessment of design solutions and their correspondence with newest technologies and best technical decisions in field of environment protection, waste management, industrial monitoring, etc.,
• general assessment of project feasibility considering environmental constrains,
• preparing of expert opinion on project documentation, federal draft laws, standards and instructions on environment protection.
