ZAO “NPF “DIEM” provides consulting services during documentation development and submitting to State Expert Review and during State Expert Review execution.

Activities held by our specialists include:

• preliminary analysis and assessment of documentation set and recommendations, received while obtaining permits (gap analysis),
• development of proposals for  documentation revision and obtaining required permits, development of materials for public informing (in compliance with federal and regional requirements),
• consulting support in experts’ comments analysis, recommendations for uncertainties’ work-out,
• consulting services on project specific design code approving in Ministry of Regional Development of RF.
