Legal support in issues, concerning special protected areas (SPAs)

ZAO “NPF “DIEM” performs legal support concerning SPA issues, including:

• complex environmental investigation,
• SPA borders adjustment and/or functional zoning with due consideration of project sites location,
• development of exposure draft concerning SPA with due consideration of planned activities,
• public informing and public consultations on complex environmental investigation materials and exposure draft concerning SPA,
• expert support during state environmental expert review of complex environmental investigation materials and exposure draft concerning SPA
• expert support during project state environmental expert review,
• expert support during new SPA normative act approving procedure.
