Environmental and social management systems

Environmental and social management systems (ESMSs) developed by our company include:

• determination of environmental and social risks, significant environmental and social aspects,
• determination of basic parameters of ESMS,
• ESMS regulations (operational structure, allocation of responsibilities, description of managerial procedures),
• mitigation measures plan,
• waste management guidance,
• plans of environmental safety trainings for employees,
• environmental safety requirements to subcontractors,
• procedures of environmental monitoring and environmental audit of subcontractors’ work,
• procedures of internal and external reporting,
• analysis procedures, executed by management,
• procedures of cultural heritage objects treatment,
• procedures of project documentation corrections management,
• plan of public consultations and organization of public access to information.

Recently ZAO “NPF “DIEM” has developed such systems for OOO “Gazprom invest Zapad” and “Gazprom invest Vostok”. The ESMSs received a high appraisal of auditors (both Russian and foreign).

Developed procedures and systems fulfill Russian standards ISO – 14000 (ИСО -14000), OAO “Gazprom” and other Oil & Gas companies’ requirements, international standards ISO – 14000, regulations and standards of European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and International Financial Corporation.
