Industrial Environmental Control during construction
Industrial environmental control (IEC) during construction aims to monitor mitigation measures performance.
IEC is a complex of independents internal procedures of sub-contractors work audit.
IEC activities include:
- control of compliance with land-use standards,
- monitoring of works’ performance on forestry fund lands and water-conservation zones of water bodies,
- monitoring of waste management procedures proper implementation,
- control of mitigation measures, performed for vegetation and wild life conservation, hazardous processes prevention,
- control of compliance with project environmental solutions during major construction works,
- control of measures, listed in environmental impact statement documentation and environmental protection authorities instructions, implementation, etc.
The result of audit is list of requirements for sub-contractor organization to perform remedy of determined defaults.
